今次我們爹您術士為大家介紹位於佐敦的十八座狗仔粉，尋回小時侯的街頭小食，懷舊一番。

 去十八座狗仔粉，當然要食最出名的狗仔粉。一碗樣似平平的粉仔：

當然要加上菜脯食啦！菜圃有辣，不辣可自行調味。

外形又短又粗的粉仔口感彈牙，湯底濃稠，味道濃郁，充滿蝦米和冬菇鮮味。再加上惹味的菜脯，非常開胃。不過味道真的有點濃，小弟要配可樂一起才可以。
 The noodles look short and thick. It is cherry. The taste of soup is rich of dried shrimps and dried mushrooms. Eating the noodle with dried radish is very delicious. Moreover, the taste is a bit heavy. I need to have it with a can of coke.

 十八座狗仔粉另一有名小食就是招牌火鴨翅：
The other famous dish of Gum Jeng -  Fake shark fin soup with duck:

火鴨的鴨味濃郁，亦十分足料！店舖選用素翅，並不是粉絲做的，口感比較佳。加上有很多木耳絲，十分爽口。
The soup is rich of duck favour. Also, there are many ingredients. They chose fake shark fin, besides of vermicelli.The texture is much better. And, they added many black fungus. The soup is more rich and tasty.
